Who am I really? Is it the words that I speak that give me identity to others? Do I keep secret parts of my identity by not speaking them? How much of language is who we are? How much of silence is our identity?
Wonderful considerations, Gabrielle! I believe the words we choose have a very strong impact on our own experience and how others perceive us. The Silence...such a healing place. It is the open space which allows all language & music to appear. May Silence fill this day with joy and inspiration!
Can we sit up late some night over drinks talking about this, Gabrielle? I always worry when I am getting too introspective - it's good to have company.
