Sorry I'm late to comment but been working too much to read blogs. I like this drawing the best. With the right colors, it could be stunning. Better than the one crop above, seems like you need that little chunk in the lower left corner for some balance and tension. Picking colors would be hard though - was thinking about something high contrast, like big yellows and dark blues and purples for the skinny stripes above.
