Things are getting more and more eccentric at Casa de la Swain. Changing styles in my textile work, falling in love again with painting and photography...and then there is the ever illusive quest for continuing creativity through working with Eric Maisel. Still on the road teaching, posting now at the Ragged Cloth Cafe and taking the pledge to keep handmaiden up to date.

It's About Time
Thank you for all the positive post about selling a few pieces on the blog. Here is the first of the pieces...from my time series....of coure titled "It's About Time." It is 36"L x 48"W. The techniques include direct and reverse applique, raw edge applique, hand quilting and other surface design stuff. It has an excellent exhibition record and is one in a series of four.
