Now here's the delimna...which fabric for the outside edge...left or right? They both work but give a very different look.
Things are getting more and more eccentric at Casa de la Swain. Changing styles in my textile work, falling in love again with painting and photography...and then there is the ever illusive quest for continuing creativity through working with Eric Maisel. Still on the road teaching, posting now at the Ragged Cloth Cafe and taking the pledge to keep handmaiden up to date.

I like them both, but am more drawn to the warm-colored one to the top and left. I'm not quite sure why.
Yes, my first reaction was the same as debr's. But I'm wondering if my reaction was more "expected" or "cliche" in colour choic, ya know what I'm saying? (i'm figuring out what I mean as i type)...but sorta like a predictable versus non-predictable choice in colour.
