Things are getting more and more eccentric at Casa de la Swain. Changing styles in my textile work, falling in love again with painting and photography...and then there is the ever illusive quest for continuing creativity through working with Eric Maisel. Still on the road teaching, posting now at the Ragged Cloth Cafe and taking the pledge to keep handmaiden up to date.

This is going to be a lovely piece. There is a restful quality to it as well as being pleasing to the eye. I could look at it all day!

This piece is BRILLIANT!! I love the colors, the depth the shapes. I'm not certain about the layout, but I love this piece.

I think I said this before about one of your pieces, that it reminded me of Chagall. I can't help it, because this one really does too. It has that play between foggy, layered, dimension and flatness. There seems to be something slightly mysterious and dreamlike about each puzzle piece next to the other. Beautiful.
