Things are getting more and more eccentric at Casa de la Swain. Changing styles in my textile work, falling in love again with painting and photography...and then there is the ever illusive quest for continuing creativity through working with Eric Maisel. Still on the road teaching, posting now at the Ragged Cloth Cafe and taking the pledge to keep handmaiden up to date.

Great design! Can't wait to see it in fabric!
And Yay You on your shopping restraint in Paducah. That's not easy to do!
I really like this new design. will it be fused?
hahahaha.
I bought nothing, nothing but meals at Paducah. nothing excited me. I also bought nothing at Chicago.
But when i came home I ordered an mp3 player and it should come tomorrow. I want it for tunes and books to listen to while machine quilting and rollerblading.
I had a great time being a 'STAR' at Paducah.
Thanks for premiering my win on your blog. Love Mel
