Things are getting more and more eccentric at Casa de la Swain. Changing styles in my textile work, falling in love again with painting and photography...and then there is the ever illusive quest for continuing creativity through working with Eric Maisel. Still on the road teaching, posting now at the Ragged Cloth Cafe and taking the pledge to keep handmaiden up to date.

I just did this list and was really shocked to find out how many I *haven't* seen! I consider myself a huge movie fan, but I've only seen a little over half of these for sure (with a few in the "iffy" category...can't quite remember if I've seen the whole movie or just bits and pieces of it.)

But then again, there are many, MANY movies I would put on MY top 100 list that aren't on theirs. :-)

Kinda scary to think that I saw every one of those 1950's movies for the first time in the actual movie theater. Ice cream sodas after the movie were 25 cents. Aarrggggh -where did it all go??
